Our Track Record of Innovation
1990s - Pioneered recirculated chilled water spray systems to extend shelf life and collection range of meat offals.
2000s–2010s - Developed and patented vertical plate freezer systems capable of dual freezing and chilling to -1*C - that improving freezing speed and handling efficiency.
2015-2017- Developed and patented plate freezer system for automatic unloading and pelletizing of “nude blocks,” introducing new handling and processing capabilities.
207-2020 - Patented bulk collection system for petfood offal chilling utilising recirculated chilled water to extend shelf life
Today – Created HIVE: the first modular, inline, direct-contact chilling and freezing system suitable for human consumption in th high-throughput meat processing industry
